Vesuvius Dual Boiler Pressure Profiling

A E61 group, PID control, two boilers and a Pressure profiling system, all of that in one pack and you have the new Vesuvius coffee machine by Ambient Espresso.

• Dual boilers made of stainless steel with thermal insulation
• Gear volumetric pump

The pump is a brushless pump with gear and magnetic drive transmission, pressure value setting from 2 up to 12 bars.

• Pressure profiling

You have the ability to set 5 different pressure levels during extraction, for example 2 bars at the first 4 seconds, 6 bars from 5-10 seconds, 12 bars from 11 to 25 seconds and 6 bars from 26 to 30 seconds,  take the most out of your coffee puck

• 5 programmable pressure profiles

You found a profile that gives you the perfect extraction? Just store it and Vesuvius will replicate it for you, store up to 5 different pressure profiles.

• PID control for both the steam and the coffee boiler
• Water tank 2lt
• Mains connection

Connect the machine to the mains connection and forget about refilling, the machine fills up the water tank and the pump gets the water from there, that gives you a stable water pressure and there is no need for a network pressure regulator.

• Adjustable time to switch on and off

You can set at which time you want to switch on or switch of daily, on the display for every single coffee you can read the brew time. 5 different profiles can be set and for each profile you can set 5 steps and for each step you can set time and pressure.
